The existing panel couldn't support a Level 2 charger without sacrificing the AC or the dryer. Rather than push a charger onto a stressed service, we upgraded the panel to 200A first and reserved capacity for a future second EV.

A general contractor needed three Charge Station Pro units at his shop with scheduling to avoid demand-charge spikes. We coordinated with the building's existing service and staged the chargers on separate circuits.
